  • Part 1 || Root to Rise

    In class 1 &2 we will focus on our physical and psychological connections to our ancestors through the 1st and 2nd Chakras, our root and sacred water support systems. The polarity themes of security and fear, stagnation and flow. Somatically reclaiming our relationship with MA, the divine masculine, mother nature, mother earth, and our ancestors. Our asana practice will consist of static and nurturing poses that remind us of our basic rights: to have, to be here, to take up space, to feel, and to experience the sweetness of life.

  • Part 2 || Sacred Fire to the Okan (Heart)

    “The fire within burns through all blocks and fears. I love myself, I love myself, I love myself.” In class 3 & 4, we will focus on our physical and psychological connections to our ancestors through the 3rd and 4th Chakras, our sacred fire and the seat of our ancestral guardians, our heart. Together we’ll explore self-empowerment and self-acceptance through somatic asanas that center around joy and our ancestors unconditional love and confidence in each of us.

  • Part 3 || Moya (Spirit) to the Stars

    “No inside and no outside— Only the delight of union. The mind releases itself into divine energy, And the body know’s where it came from.” Yoga Sutras ||69|| In class 5 & 6, we’ll journey through our 5th, 6th and 7th chakras. Exploring self-expression, self-reflection and self-knowledge using the element of sound, light, and divine thought. Allowing our intuition to guide us as we lovingly move our bodies to our ancient inner rhythms in harmony with our guardian ancestors and spirit guides.
